Todaiji Temple- This temple is the largest wooden building in the world and houses a Daibutsu(Great Buddha) statue. I did not get a good picture of the Daibutsu but the other statues are interesting too.

Deer and stuff- Here are some pictures of the inhabitants of Nara, the deer. They are all over the place and most of them look very depressed. Their antlers are cut off (for safety reasons I guess) and they are very timid. However, some were also injured and limping around...it was kind of sad. They are well fed, however, by all the tourist who buy snacks to feed them.
