    Officer Steve Ritchie and Blesk have been a team since 1997. Together they conduct building, area, article and narcotic searches. They also are trained for tracking and criminal apprehension. Blesk was born in the Czech Republic in 1994. Officer Ritchie has been with Lockport Police Department since 1985.
