This privately owned 1900 square foot upside down house offers spectacular distant ocean views,three bedrooms with firm high quality mattresses, plus a full loft and two bathrooms. Spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained, this upscale home features classic island design, a light and airy living area, windows galore to offer panoramic views, hand-painted seascape murals, Shaker furniture, cathedral ceilings with beams, pine flooring, white-on-white kitchen with wrap-around island and G.E. Profile appliances, two decks and a master bedroom suite with its own private entrance off of the first floor deck.
We offer every possible luxury, even our own private nanny, for those evenings out in Nantucket Town! Weekly maid service, bed linens, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, complete kitchenware, George Foreman outdoor grill, telephone, answering machine, Cuisinart, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Playstation, five TV's, two DVD players, four VCR's, lots of children's toys, baby equipment (high chair, playpen, pack-n-play, nursery monitor), bicycles for all! 2005 RATES

$2,100 per week Off-Season
$2,200 per week June, September and October
$3,500 per week June 25 through September 4

Available year-round! $300 per night any weekend, including Christmas Stroll (December 3 through 5, 2004), Daffodil and Film Festival plus a $150 one-time cleaning fee.

Memorial Day/Figawi Race Weekend: $1300 (3 nights)

Rentals are from Saturday at 3:00 p.m. to the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m.  It is suggested that you make your reservations as early as possible as Nantucket books up quickly in the summer season.  One half of the rent is due at the time of reservation, with the remainder of the rent due four weeks prior to the rental.  A security deposit of $500 is required for all first-time renters. Should you need to cancel, a full refund of the deposit will be made only if your reserved week can be rented again. Please, no pets or indoor smoking.
