Flour Power

Flour Power is a great game created by Assistant Scoutmaster Wayne. Though it has gone through many transitions since it's creation, a final version has been reached. This game requires quite a bit of materials, which can actually be very pricy. To play Flour Power, you need heavy duty tin foil, and a large bag of flour. A square piece of tinfoil must be derived, and flour may then be poured into the center of it. Wrap the foil around th flour, and you've got yourself a flour ball.

How to play Flour Power: Divide into two teams (one hiding, and one finding). Each team member gets one or two flour balls, and no more. The hiding team may find shelter in a wooded area, or any other location with ample coverage. The finding team will run forward, trying to locate the members of the hiding team. The idea is to throw the flour balls at opposing team members. If the ball breaks, the scout is painted with a marking of white flour. This means they are out. When one team has completely wiped out the other team, the game is won. To make the game fair, flour balls may not be re-used if they have been broken. Once someone is hit and out, their assailant inherits their flour balls.

Flour Power is a great game that has entertained Troop 400 many times over the summer months. The Scouts of Troop 400 therefore reserve the Title and Game-Play Procedure of Flour Power as an original Troop 400 Game, and wish that any troops that play Flour Power acknowledge Troop 400 as it's creator.
