Per Capita is an Albany, NY based political crust punk band. We were founded in August of 1999. We have played 3 shows, the best being with Antiproduct and Submission Hold, who both rocked. In August of 2000, we will be recording for a split 7" with Give Up, and also a demo tape. Our sound can be described in many ways, but I'd say our sound is heavier thrash sound, complemented with faster songs, slower songs, and brutal metal songs.
