Out of all the cars this is my favorite. It's a 1990 Ford Thunderbird Super Coupe. This is a wonderful car for just sitting back and going for a long cruise. I bought the car in May of '93 from a Ford Dealer in my local area. I was originaly planing on buying a new one, but the going price back then was about $29,000. A little more expensive than i thought. So i browsed through the used car lot and saw this one for $13,500. It had 35,000 miles and was well maintained. The car was flawless. So i fell in love and bought it.

The car is fully loaded. It has a sliding moonroof, 16 inch custom wheels, 4 wheel anti-lock brakes, electronic adjustable suspension, spoiler, custom hood, full leather interior, 4 wheel disc brakes, 3.27:1 Posi rear axle, dual exhaust, a 3.8 litre 231 cubic inch enging, cast iron block, aluminum heads, Roots type Eaton 12lb Supercharger with Intercooler, and a massive custom Sony Sound System.

Through time, as with any car, I had some mechanical problems. I'm mechanically inclined so I did the work myslef. So far I've replaced the rack and pinion, power steering pump, water pump, fuel pump, wiper motor, powersteering lines, motor mounts, cylinder heads, brake calipers rotors shocks and struts (front and rear), supercharger nose drive(cause the front supercharger seal was leaking and it not available separate), and just recently replaced the transmision with a factory rebuilt unit. All the work was done by me. If you own a Super Coupe and need some info Email me. My next job is to rebuild the lower half of the motor, since i noticed a slight oil leak. Like i said the car now has 150,000 miles, but looks, feels and drives like new. I still own the car and always will. I will never sell it. I LOVE IT.
