Dear Heart 6-30-2000

I see what he does,
That makes you feel so low,
I know how he shows,
Where you don't want to go,
Searching for a reason,
For you to finally leave him,
Searching for a sign,
For you to be just fine,
Love is wrapped in plastic,
Stuck in sticky places,
It's package is fantastic,
With such unusual faces,
The heart is so concealed,
Hiding in its shadows,
To see it running through a field,
Freedom within the meadows,
I want to see your dear heart free,
I want yuo to just be,
With him gone forever,
Your heart would be a feather,
Your eyes would be alive,
Longing love to strive.

Precious moments we're near,
My soul yearns to heal,
Just to know you are there,
Eyes so gently I feel,
Sincere love we show,
My desire waits longer,
The closer we grow,
Our bond flutters stronger,
Nothing more, nothing less,
Our spirits now rest,
Two become one,
Hearts never shun,
When away, truly we're near,
Far distant cries always to hear.

Keeping Shadows 6-3-2000

Wondering how things could be,
Seeing us fall apart,
Wanting to be so free,
Feeling I could never part,
So up in the air,
Notice how no one would care,
Think of giving up,
Knowing I could make my change,
To this world of lonliness,
And this world of colored manes,
Turning around,
Hoping I found,
The place I need,
My home; life's seed,
One more chance,
To see difference,
Until I do; until I find,
Secong thoughts surround my mind,
I will try to see the truth,
Know the proof,
Show no strife,
Keeping Shadows,

Looking up, dazed in the sun,
Staring out, do that for long,
Starry sky brightness,
Vast colored seas,
Of lightning and sparkles,
All sadness will freeze.

Insane,

Swirling,
Twirling,

A heart of stone,
Is not as bad as eyes made of ice,
When the rock is broken,
The heart may be revealed,
But when the ice melts,
The eyes fade away,
What's a heart without its sight,
What's a heart without it's meaning,
The eyes of cold would gleam,
The eyes of cold would pierce,
Bringing to together,
Needing to be one,
Bring love into your heart,
Eyes overcome the Sun.

Gaze into the silent sky,
Wishing I could freely fly,
Shooting stars into the night,
Wishing I could be that sight,
Everyone must have these dreams,
Of purity in bright clear streams,
Of happiness in colored waves,
Of skipping through an endless maze.
Of creeping into shadow caves,
Of reading this, a wondrous phrase,
Now don't ask questions,
For these are lessons,
On this quest,
Eternal rest,
Never once will you seek death,
Until you do, infinite breath.

I don't believe it's fair,
Don't believe it's fate,
I don't believe it's the one that came to hate,
Destroy the faith in me,
Nuisance of Reality,
Crush my heart into tears.
Merely a cover of your fears,

I don't believe it's real,

Destroy the hope in me,

To feel the distance,
See the truth.
I feel the anguish,
Know the proof.

Being here and seeing no one,
Lone Wolf in the breeze,
Searching for a real good reason,
Why this peace must freeze.

Finding dust drift into the night,
Disappears with a quick flash.
To see an eagle in mid-flight,
I only wish to rid this mask.

When you find your inner soul,
Soon to seal that empty hole.

There's demon inside of me,
And I just can't let it out,
This demon inside of me,
Is filling me with doubt,
Running through my mind,
Whispering to find,
The evil inside of me,
That I'm hiding from the world,
My sights a blur,
A dizzy endless twirl,
The pain and the hurt,
The demon inside of me,
In shadows it lurks,
Creeps its way through my soul,
Just waits so....,
Stays real low...,
Not knowing of this,
Demon inside of me,
Gives much to fear,
Brings a lone tear.

Eyes so charming, so revealing,

Sparkling with energy, overjoyed with love,

The evil inside of me is creeping up closer,
Testing my every move,
When will it strike?
It takes but just a moment,
I feel it so near, breathing behind me,
Tease me with its soft cool breathe,
Trying to scare me,
But I won't let it take me,
I choose not to listen to that evil inside of me.

Words in which it needs,
Detailed descriptions, adjectives, and then some,
Heart felt anger, hurt, and love,

I found how to leave sadness,
If all complaints are tossed,
I look at what I have now,
Not at what I've lost,
I see more happiness in loving,
Meet loneliness in hate,
I feel for one's own suffering,
Bind another's fate,
I walk away from words of anger,
Stay close to the calm,
I do not let the bad times linger,
Urge the good times on,
I reach out into your heart,
Yearn with all my might,
I wonder what this could mark,
Put up a real good fight,
I notice how they break her,
Dream how this could be,
I love to see the peacemaker,
Hate to see you flee.
I learned these lessons all on my own,
Remember them real well,
For you may need these gently words,
And use them all one day,
For I am happy to be free,

If True Love never fails,
How do we survive?
If I think about you,
You think of me,
Perhaps that's a sign that we are meant to be,
Should we stay or should we go?
Those are the questions in my mind,
Searching for answers I can not find.

Although we often miss each other,
We have a special bond,
With always forever changing,
We're only stronger with demond,
To feel as one with hopes eternally unchanged,
We unite a strength of stone and rock,
A heart of truth and love,
One in Spirit, One with Nature,
Harmony is turned to Gold.

To understand someone so deeply,.
Is how I feel this blazing day,.
To know no fear when they are near,.
To feel so close, yet far away,.
To see their spirit, bond to their soul,.
Wipe away my crystal tear,.
Just imagine,.
Eyes begin to freeze,.
To understand the pain inside,.
Be within that gently breeze,.

Her broken heart falls dead,

I stand alone in this dreadful place,
I walk alone among these haunting eyes,
I creep my way through these evil demons,
And strive to survive..to stay alive,
Against the death, the hatred of my kind,
To be at peace is in my mind.

Caring for someone you do not see through.
Makes me feel like I am worth something,
More than just nothing at all.
But still it hurts,
Hurts, it hurts deep within.
What to do.
Don't know what to do.
But I feel like...
I don't know,
I just don't know anymore.
Look deep within,
You'll find the truth,
You're soul will drain.
Into your brain,
Your eyes will see,
More than just nothing at all.

Ever sit in your peace?
The silence of yourself,
Are you afraid to say you have?
That's a sad thing to realize.
Have you ever looked at you?
Search inside your eyes,
Are you scared to find yourself?
Cause if you are, that's a sad thing.
Did you ever try to listen to your thoughts?
Are you proud of what you think,
What you believe?
Cause if you aren't, that's when you know you are a fake,
Living in a fantasy world of day-dreams and sunshine,
But who's to say I haven't?

Just to say it's a sad thing to endure.

Thinking, Thinking every minute of the hour,
About the one I love,
But can I really love someone that's hard for me to trust?
I wish I could,
Right now I am so sad,
I don't know what to think,
So confused, wishing something would change,
Knowing it probably won't,
I cry at night in my sleep...
In my dreams...
Everday, just hoping,
Things will surely change,
I miss you so...

This life is so confusing,
The world isn't right,
I see you through the darkness,
I walk right through the night,
And when I'm struggling to fight the fight,
I'm hoping I might just see the light,
Cause if I don't, I know I'm lost,
To see the life, what will it cost?

Look into my eyes,
See my thoughts come alive,
Hear my fears,
Wipe my tears,
And I know you'll stay by my side,
With all our pride,
We'll over come this tide,
And I know I'll stand by your side.

I open too much,
If I show my soul to you,
I know that I'll be scared,
I will be scared,
To tell you things I haven't told the world,
To be so unprotected,
I can't let myself be free,
I'll get hurt,
Things will worsen over time,
Too easy to hurt from the inside,
The inside is my Divine,
The outside becomes my strength.

All the days of my life are here with me,
But not so happily ever after,
Ever after like I wanted it to be,
Now can't you see?
Are you that way with me?
How did I become this way?
How do I undo this dismay?

To be in my own world,
Is the most peaceful place on this damned Earth,
Reality is my nightmare,
How could I dream worse?
A nightmare of all nightmares,
The lost daydream I never dreamt,
Running wild running rampant,
Begging to wake up,
I just can't.

I'm a fool for wanting what's right,
And I can't get that out of my mind,
I'm a fool for doing what's wrong,
But I never think twice about it,
I'm a fool for asking myself so many damn questions,
I can never answer,
And I'm a fool for getting myself into shit I can't get out of,
But I'm just a fool,
Isn't everybody?
And I can't help it.

The deepness of the shadow,
The stillness and the awe,
The feirce howling drifter,
Curiousity is what he saw,
The eyes so sleek with silence,
The harmony above,
For just one moment, foes are one.
The starlight shun the darkness,
Life over the death,
Spirit of the Mystic,
Nature had come home.

She creeps through the darkness,
Underneath the night sky,
Small creatures scurry off,
A sparkle from her eye,
A young squeaker looks down from a bush near a tree,
He shivers, he cries, wishing he was more free,
The stomp of her paw, the twist of her ear,
The poor rodent hesitates in such fear,
The large beast runs quickly within the tight breeze,
Another, another...Is this real or a tease?
Little young'un blinks twice and makes sure to see,
"Will this be my fate and the short life of me?"
Three shapes, three shades are all to appear,
Then howls of victory are all one shall hear.

You showed me love,
Or at least I thought,
You made me feel...
Then here comes the twist,
Loneliness took over,
Then once again,
I see myself... alone,
With no one to be there,
I hurt so much...cause my heart is soft,
But I look evil,
Cause I changed my thought, And then I see you,
I turn my back,
This bleeding of my heart,
I hope it stops soon,
And I kept turning and walked away.

Time consumes us all,
Giving us a reason to call,
A feeling to fade,
Time is man-made,
Keeping track of forever,
Waiting for some time to end,
It will never,
Only creatures on this Earth,
To depend on things that has no life,
Beginning to quiver,
Turn into death,
Living on in time's eternal grave.

So sleek and silent,
Majestic with awe,
His coy eyes blend in with the night,
They glimmer and glisten in the unbroken light,
Showing the face of trueness, openness,
Everything this world isn't,
Peacefulness, innocence,
Never again revealed.

All these questions swirling through my mind,
All the answer I can not find,
You never wanted to listen,
Didn't want to hear my cries,
Just to feel all the lies,
Turn your back,
Not to see the tears,
Never Listen,
Never hears my fears.
