Essay
In my reserach project I did my format similar but different because I sort of based my questions on sexual preferences. I interviewed three generations on work ethics to get a feel of what they thought work was. I interviewed my Grandmother, my Uncle and my Sister. I would say that I interveiwed differntly starting from my grandmother and down basically because working used to based upon sexual origin. If you were a male you were able to handle a specific job better than a woman would. Women were not able to work at all during certain point of time. Women were only able to work in there homes as a house wife. When my Grandmother was growing up she mostly work in a factory because that is where women worked mostly. I teid most of all to be different with my questions that I knew most people in the class would ask. My experience in doing this project was that most of the time I would have to let my family memebers konw that this was a school projet and that I really couldn't settle for just any yes or know question that would make my project boring. I do admit that there was a lot of questions and one person would be tired of being asked so many questions at one time but it was also a project that you can learn from especially beause you could see the way people think and work by just asking one or two questions about their work experience. I for one found many similarities and differences in most of the answers but I was even more excited because it gave me something to do that I never really done before and that was comparing my families work ethic. If I was to ever do this propject again I would concentrate on a younger genration to get more a younger persons point of veiw or what work or work ethics mean to them in general. I would say that this project in all to me 31/2 days to do because the anwsers took some time ti get out of my family members.
