    1.   In my neighborhood two of the biggest changes were the school that they tore down two blocks away from my house and the juvenile detention center they built two years ago. This conversation describes the different attitudes that were expressed when these changes occurred.

Hey Suzy can you believe they are over there around the corner tearing down that perfectly good school the only school in the neighborhood. Now my child is only ten years old and he has to ride a bus and train by himself to his new school. I am a single mother and I have to be to work the same time he has to be at school and my work place and his school are on different sides of town. What do I do?
Well I don't know I wish I could help out.
However I am having another problem can you believe around my corner they are building a juvenile detention center for kids who commit serious crime to go to until they are of age to go to real jail or prison. I feel so unsafe I mean this is a residential area and I believe these two changes are ridiculous.

                                                   2.   From the same block

Part 3

Doing this interview report I really learned alot about the differences in peoples opinions about work. I feel the reason there are differences is because of the different age groups. The older people I interview has different values about working than the younger people the older ones take it more serious. My mom and my grandfather were more interested in the long term while my younger cousin didn't mine moving from job to job when more money was invovled.
