Well, if you're on this page it seems that you want to know a little bit more about me. My name is Kimberly and I live in Brooklyn, New York. I also just turned 25 this past May. I've lived in the city for the majority of my life (with the exception of one year spent away at college), and am more or less a city girl. Although I do enjoy the quiet and peacefulness found outside the city. I spent my four years of high school at St. Vincent Ferrer H.S. in Manhattan.

After High School, I attended Marist College, in Poughkeepsie, New York. I only went there for a year, but I met a great group of people that became a major part of my life. We spent a good deal of time together, with very few dull moments. The movies, car rides, dances, events, late night talks, and video games. After my freshman year I considered changing my major (I was a Medical Technology major at the time) and transferred to a school closer to home to explore other possibilities. Saying good-bye to my Marist friends was not an easy task, but thankfully I have remained in close contact with a few of them.

I spent the two years at LaGuardia Community College and received my Associates of Science Degree on June 23rd, 2002. In September of 2002, I started at Queens College I have spent my last 3 years there studying and training to be a teacher. On June 2, 2005, I finally graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Social Studies Secondary Education. I started teaching at a local High School last year and am loving every minute of it.

I have many different interests and hobbies. I enjoy spending time with my friends, going to the movies, music, dancing, singing, sports (baseball, archery) and just having a good time. Writing is another one of my interests that I have been pursuing over the last few years. I have had four poems published through national and international competitions and will hopefully continue writing in the future.

Now that I've told you a little bit about me, feel free to send me some information about you.
