Memories of England

<bgsound src="RULEBRI.MID"> (left)One of the most familiar sights of merry olde England--Big Ben, located in the heart of downtown London!(right)For those of you with less than perfect vision, the sign above that great looking car reads "Humped Pelican Crossing." Anyone who can tell me what that means wins a pair of electric nose-hair clippers and a cheese log!

The moment we set foot on British turf,
we were whisked off to beautiful Windsor
Castle which seem to rise up out of the
countryside like a fairy tale. And it did seem
like a dream--we toured the castle after
having not slept for approximately
36 hours--a literal sleepwalk!

(above left)One of our first stops during our London tour was Buckingham Palace, home of the royal family. Unfortunately, Prince William could not come out to see me!(above left)Here I am posing with a guard on the streets of London. As we all know, it is against their policy to smile or talk, but what I didn't know is that this is probably the only time this guy ever gets out! He spends the rest of the day in his compound.
