I live in Westchester County, NY - 35 miles north of NYC.
Some of my hobbies are: Listening to CDs, watching TV, renting movies, cooking (I want to become a chef.), fixing and building computers, talking on the phone, and hanging out with my friends.

My interests in music are extensive: I really like The Cure, Ani Difranco, The Go-Gos, Garbage, Barenaked Ladies, Sarah McLachlan, Blink 182, Madonna, Fatboy Slim, Depeche Mode, Greeen Day, Dave Matthews Band, Sheryl Crow, Fiona Apple, Lisa Loeb, The Pretenders, Erasure, B-52s, REM, Culture Club, Squeeze, the list goes on and on!!!


Tori Amos is one of my favorite singers. I have seen her perform six times. Twice at the Mid Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, NY on November 13th 1998 and back on September 10th, 1996. I saw her at Madison Square Garden on my 18th birthday (7/28/98). I attended tapings of VH-1 Hard Rock Live, and Good Morning America in Central Park. I also saw her on September 1, 1999 at Jones beach, (see picture page)

TV shows that I like to watch include but are not limited to:
Friends, Millionaire, Street Smarts, Will and Grace, Mad TV, Whose Line is it Anyway? 3rd Rock from the Sun, Drew Carey, South Park, Sabrina: The Teenage Witch, Popular, Red Dwarf, The X-Files, and Behind the Music.

I also like to watch reruns of The Facts of Life, Kids in the Hall, and Growing Pains.

Shows I wish were still on the air: Daria, Sliders, Punky Brewster, Blossom, Out of this World, My Secret Identity, Small Wonder, Dead at 21, Boy Meets World, All American Girl, You Can't Do that on Television, My So Called Life, and Dangermouse.

My taste in movies is quite diverse. In no particular order:

Some of my favorite things in life that can't exactly be placed into a category are:
Purple things, The Muppets, anything a la Janeane Garofalo or Margaret Cho, walking around The Village in NYC, Being Irish, British accents, spelling and words, and waving to people I don't know.
