IN MEMORY OF
Dave Story, aka, IDaveI

Where does one begin, to express, ones sorrow,
when a beloved one departs.
We wish for another day to borrow,
to remind them what's in our hearts.

In the year 2000, on Monday, the 16th of October,
My dear friend Dave rolled thru Heaven's Gates .
leavin' me broken hearted and somber,
I hear him tell me, "keep you're priorities straight!".

So as he reminded me to do, I thank my Higher Power,
that I make it throught, just today.
Hugs and smiles, upon all my family and friends, I will shower,
and never an "I Love You" will I forget to say.

Dave was a Myther, a TallTale, a story teller,
shared many a good one with me over the years.
Painted some images of love and faith in God, our maker,
of family and respect for one another, with many a tears.

With Dave, as my shinin' star,
I will endure many ups and downs.
My newest Guardian Angel afar,
with memories of his special love, I will walk upon this ground.

Dave, you're the "Best"!!!
