I'm not in law enforcement, but, I am a law abiding citizen who appreciates law and order. Without it there would be no rhyme or reason.
Imagine yourself in a life or death situation. The middle of the night, you are out there to serve and protect. A split second, a quick movement. Do you take a chance? Do you feel lucky? Let's face it the night is full of culprits. They are out to pilfer, hurt, buy and deal drugs. They revel in insanity. Miscreants and Recidivist rule the night. Most have no morals, values or respect.
Making the wrong decision could be detrimental to your life. They would kill anyone without blinking an eye or shedding a tear.
The media and activist libel the police department and the mayors office, but, the majority of law abiding citizen's know better. We will stand-by what is right. There are the few out there that would like to turn this city into a SLUM and there are those who work to prevent it. I would like to take this opportunity to say "thank you" to the men & women of law enforcement for a job well done.
