Florie is our first Champion. She is a Multiple Specialty Best in Show Winner, Multiple Group winner,Multiple National Select Winner,and American Whippet Club Top 20 Winner. Florie earned her place in the Top 20 in 1997 by winning only two Best of Breeds, one being Best of Breed and Group 4 at the First Hound Group Show in the U.S. She is the Dam of Specialty winners, Best in Show Winners,Hound Group Winners and Nationally Ranked Whippets. FLORIE WINS THE 2000 SCWA SPECIALTY/HOUND CLASSIC WHIPPET - BEST OF BREED, July 2, 2000. Entry 112, from the 10 and over Veteran class.Beautifully presented by James Bettis. Florie has won the Whippet entry at the Hound Show for four years and her son "RUSSELL" MSBIS,NSBOS CH. Red Cloud Quintessence,JC,ROMX, won it in 1998, with "FLORIE" winning Best of Opposite Sex. The Hound Classic has been in existence for 5 years.
