I am writing this letter to all the folks who are not sure where to leave their beloved pets while traveling out of town.  When we first moved to New York we too needed a place where we wanted our dog (now dogs) to be comfortable and feel like they were at home, taken care of and most of all loved.  We found that place at Milton Manor.  The staff at Milton Manor is the best!!!  They have seen our eldest dog now for 7 years and now that he is (13) he is acquiring a lot of "special" attention and they do everything to accommodate him without hesitation.

I cannot say enough about Milton Manor, knowing the staff, having a veterinarian on site for emergencies (even if you have your own), being able to watch your pets with the webcams; really the facility is too good to be true!

Our dogs go to Milton Manor happy and they come home the same way.  So if you need a safe, clean, warm loving place for your animal, you need to call Milton Manor Pet Spa and Resort.  I am glad we did 7 years ago.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my pleasure with the staff and services at the Spa and Resort.  Each time I have brought my two dogs everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful, from check in to check out.

At fist I was apprehensive finding another pet boarding facility but after my initial tour and first pet boarding I had no problem with leaving my pets boarding in your very capable hands.

I like the way you keep the dogs separate and the overall cleanliness of the facility.  You also take the time to get to know the pets individually and meet all the requests for feeding and exercise.  The dogs seemed very relaxed and were not stressed out when I came to pick them up.  They looked healthy and well taken care of.

I do appreciate the professional atmosphere that you have created and the services that you offer.  Keep up the good work as a business like yours is a welcome service in the pet boarding community.  Keep up the good work, it shows!

Milton Manor is a wonderful, loving place to bring your best friend or friends. We can truly enjoy our vacation when we know that our beloved pets, old and young, are being given individual and tender, loving care. Each caregiver seems to really enjoy their work and it shows. I have recommended the "Spa" to friends who have made reservations and have been very pleased.

We have boarded our dog, Jackson, and our cat, Mac, at the Milton Manor Pet Spa and Resort for many years.

We find taht the staff is efficient ad kind to the animals, since neither the dog nor the cat shows and reluctance to go there.

The staff follows our guidelines for food, medications and exercise and we have complete trust in them.  They provide full feedback on the stay and with the TV availability we can even check up on our pets while traveling.

In the event the Manor is booked, they will accommodate that animals until the requested facilities become available.

Our two dogs, Harley (yellow lab) and Jake (bichon), have stayed many times at Milton Manor.  We have found that employees to be very polite and kind.  They love animals and it shows.  Our dogs are always well rested and content when we pick them up.  I would highly recommend the Milton Manor for your pets vacation.

I want to thank you for all of the excellent care Bear has received over the past years as he boarded with you.  His most recent trip, last week, he was on a bland diet due to some tummy problems and when I called to inquire if you could accommodate this request, I was told "sure and do you want the food warmed up"  This is only one example of the many times you have demonstrated the individual caring attitude you display for our most treasured friends when they stay with you.

Bear probably stays with you eight times a year, sometimes for a weekend visit and on occasion for up to two weeks.  Each time he comes back, clean happy and safe.

I sincerely thank you for being so dependable and reassuring in taking care of Bear when we can not leave him at home.  You can certainly leave my e-mail address available for anyone who wishes to contact me.

I have been bringing my dog, Jake, to Milton Manor for several years now.  I have found the staff to be more than accommodating.   They go out of their way to take care of my dog and meet his needs, both emotional (he loves coming here) and medical (Jake is older now and has several medical ailments that are always addressed with care).  I am comfortable with leaving part of my family under their care.  I would recommend Milton Manor to anyone looking for a clean, caring, well-run boarding facility for their pet.

We have been boarding my dog Prada at Milton Pet Spa since she was very young.  She stayed at Milton Pet spa the second week we had her and she was only 12 weeks old.  We were concerned in leaving her at such a young age.  The personnel at Milton Pet Spa treated Prada as one of their own.  I have pictures of her being carried in one of the worker's sweatshirt just like a baby!  They put us totally at ease while we were away knowing she was in such good care.  Prada had stayed there many times since then.

I recommend Milton Pet Spa without a doubt as being a perfect place to leave your pet while you are away.
