Milton Manor offers 3 different styles of boarding for cats.

Ranch, Presidential Condo, Luxury Suite

 

Designed for rest and relaxation.   "Maid Service" assures that your "cool cat" always has fresh food, water and litter daily. It also provides your feline friend with pets and ear rubs to help them feel more comfortable. All cats are feed Iams original cat food while they board unless you supply your own food. We do not accept diabetic dogs or cats as they don't do well with boarding. If you have a diabetic pet and are in a need of boarding, please call the Ballston Spa Veterinary Hospital. Vaccinations Required for Boarding Cats must be current on the following vaccinations prior to admittance into the resort:  Distemper (FVRCP) and Rabies.  All pets must be vaccinated for Distemper and Rabies PRIOR TO ARRIVAL into our facility as they require a veterinarians administration.   ABKA INFORMATION Adobe Reader Needed     THE "PURR"ESIDENTIAL CONDO This living quarter offers your pet a comfortable home with 3 different levels to play on. They can bound from one floor to the next or hide on the lower level. Most of our condos offer a view to the outdoors.  Felines in condos also enjoy a 15 minute romp in our play area each day as part of their stay.   Falstaff loves his condo. THE RANCH STYLE SUITE This living quarter is a single level home for those that are less active and are priced to meet everyone's budget. Each suite offers 2 living areas where your feline can roam.   Rumpus loves the canned food her dad brings for her.   THE LUXURY SUITE Cat Suites Radiant heat for winter, Central Air Conditioning for summer Window perch in each suite 3'x8'room Cat Suites Luxury Suites: 3'x8' suite, window ledge, large windows to view outdoors and neighbors         Cat Boarding Ranch Style: $13 per day, 2 in same Ranch $21.06 *summer & peak additions apply Purresidential Condo: $15 per day, 2 in same Condo $24.30 *summer & peak additions apply Luxury Suites: $22 per day, 2 or more kitties in same suite $29.70 per day   During holiday times there will be an additional charge of $2 per day added to the regular boarding charge and $1 per day during the summer.         Playtime for Cats   PLAYTIME for cats is a great way for your special kitty to get some extra attention and loving while staying at the Manor.  We play with kitty toys or just simply pet them while laying our laps.  They will love it :) BRUSHING is a great time for your feline to get more one on one attention and maintain your pets coat.   Cool Cat Club Pamper Package: this will consist of 2 playtime sessions and brushing Kitten Package: this will consist of extra attention and exercise and extra brushing. (available for kittens under 6 months of age)   FELINE ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS   Playtime $6 per session Brushing $3 per session   Packages   Pamper Package $10 per day Kitten Package $8 per day     PACKAGE BONUSES Each additional feline = 25% off the price of the same package

Milton Manor always charges for the day that your pet arrives regardless of the time that you bring your pet in. YOUR RESERVATION DATE IS DAY #1.
If your pet is picked up by noon, you are not charged for the departure morning. IF YOUR PET STAYS LATER THAN OUR MORNING CHECK OUT TIME, YOU ARE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT DAY.
EXAMPLE: If you drop off your pet on Saturday at 8:00AM and pick up on Sunday at 11:00AM, THIS IS CONSIDERED 1 DAY. However if you drop off on Saturday at 5:00PM and pick up on Sunday at 3:00PM, THIS IS CONSIDERED 2 DAYS.
WE BASE OUR CHARGING ON A HOTEL SYSTEM.
