tiny little secret -- the northern midwest has got it. chicago, milwaukee, madison, the twin cities, duluth, damn near everywhere. wish we could say the same once you get south of joliet or rochester, where the good folks of flyover still believe that death by amaretto is the key to 'gourmet' coffee. blech. but hey, just drive north -- it gets better.
