3:35PM, September 14, 2001 The military planes are circling, shaking the old buildings of Brooklyn, the sky is once again beginning to clear. The rain stopped the smoke, and in the end, aided the efforts. Physically, the dust has settled, emotionally, people are discovering that we are nowhere near such a point. A helicopter is throbbing overhead. The President is here.
