The serial number you sent is for a Drake AC3 not AC4. You also stated over 100 watts output power from the transmitter - - The AC3 has the test point which merely measures the voltage drop across R1, a 5 ohm 2 watt resistor. Assuming the low voltage range is accurate on your meter, R1 must be nearly shorted through, providing less than 2 ohms of resistance. If this resistor was disconnected or open, you would have ZERO watts output as the high voltage current must pass through that resistor. - - K4BOV
