ELO had a ton of hits in the 70s and 80s like "Evil Woman," "Telephone Line," and "Don't Bring Me Down." Of course, they really made great albums, and their 1977 opus "Out of the Blue" sold 5 million copies and was recently ranked in as the 18th best album of the 70s according Q Magazine. After he left ELO, mastermind Jeff Lynne has gone onto to be one of the most in demand producers in rock. He has worked with George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Brian Wilson, Little Richard, Randy Newman, Ringo Starr and Dave Edmunds. Lynne is also a member of the Traveling Wilburys (the supergroup consisting of George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty and Roy Orbison) and released a solo album, "Armchair Theatre," in 1990.
