History: Born in 2229 to English parents in London, Earth. One of 3 children.

At age 18 joined EF and was assigned to Jupiter Station as assistant to the CO. Later reassigned to the EAS Vesuvius which was destroyed by Minbari raiders 1 month prior to the Battle of the Line. Rescued from wreckage by Narn merchant vessel running weapons to Earth. Spent rest of the war in hospital on Earth. After the war he returned to Officer Training School, before being reassigned as Gunnery Officer onboard the EAS Dorn. Excelled at Strategy and Tactics and quickly gained a good reputation, ending up on board the EAS Redoubt during the civil war with Sheridan. Helped put down a mutiny by forces loyal to Sheridan, shot the XO who was leading the mutiny before barricading the other mutineers in the brig. After the death of Clark was recalled to Earth where he was reassigned to aid with the logistics of the rebuilding of EF. Reassigned to EAS Hypocrites in 2263.

Personality: Reeves takes his job seriously, very seriously. He is utterly loyal to EF, the EA and everything they stand for. He is friendly and honest, but won't suffer fools regardless of rank or importance. He was on the side of Earth and fought desperately to keep his faith in its corrupt system. He is charming, but also ruthless at times. Tactically he is a genius and can spot even the tiniest flaw in an enemy plan or formation and then exploit it to the full.
