Commodore - CO of a Task Force; Requires: Rank of Captain; 5 Years Experience at Commanding; Joint Chiefs Recomendation

Rear Admiral - CO of a Battle Group; Requires: Rank of Commodore or Captain; 8 Years Command Experience; Joint Chiefs Recommendation

Vice Admiral - XO of a Fleet; Requires: Rank of Commodore, Captain, or Rear Admiral; 12 Years Command Experience; Joint Chiefs Recommendation

Petty Warrant Officer - Requires: Recommendation of CO; Commands: XO of Security;
