History: Doc was born a ambassadors son so he had a silver spoon in his mouth since he was born. At a young age he was found to be a genius he could speed read a page and then recite it back word for word a year later. His father saw this a gift and enrolled him in school. He completed High School when he was ten, graduated the top of his class. He enrolled in college and found that he loved psychology, he graduated with honors with a Doctorate in psychology when he was fifteen. He soon found that was boring and wanted to learn more he returned to school and went to Medical School received a Doctorate from there as well when he was eighteen. The College offered him a job because of his vast knowledge and he soon became an expert on the combination of medicine and the mind. He found teaching uncomfortable because most of his students were older then him and his thirst for knoledge was drying up. He is applying for the Job of either Counselor Or Medical Officer Aboard.

Personality: Doc is immature he was never aloud to play or have fun. He lacks most social skills like dating and friend ship but is an extremely good counselor and looks at everyone as a patient. His Doctor skills have yet to be proven because all he has done is school. He is always trying to learn something. He sees the Station as a way to interact with other life forms and learn more then any other human.

Languages: Most languages known to man kind and can learn Languages fluently just by reading a interpretation dictionary.

Qualifications: Doc is qualified for both positions and far exceeds both.
