No Answer.Called the user, line was busy.Assisted the user in configuring DUN with the correct settings.The user called for a complete configuration of his DUN and Email.The user cannot log in.Attempted to log in as user, login failed.Assisted the user by correctly configuring his DUN and configuring the Email.The user cannot browse.The user has the correct settings.Explanied to the user that we are currently looking into the problem,and to keep trying.Added the 2 commas after the local access phone number, and the AT&F settings in the users DUN.User will try to connect, will call back with the ticket number if they cannot.I checked the users Network Configuration settings. The user had multiple unused Configuration settings.I uninstalled everything but 
DUp Adapter, and reinstalled Family Logon and TCP/IP.
