Pun intended with the picture!
The purpose of this site is to create alcoholic beverages. These are my creations based on what I feel different Trek Cultures would drink.
Drink of the week:
After mixing, steap to a slow simmer in pan. (Yes, some of the alcohol will burn off, but it's still a VERY potent drink! Pour into a mug and drink. VERY tasty and relaxing. Nice, unique flavor.
(I've tried this with Bailey's as well, and though it tastes good, the cream in the Baileys curdles a little and the texture is kinda weird.)

DISCLAIMER: I created all of these drinks. I can't gaurantee that everyone will like them. These are not drinks mentioned in star trek, but drinks I have invented with star trek in mind. The names of species belong to Paramount, not me. I'm not trying to infringe on any copywright laws. I will be frequently adding more recipes. Alcohol should not be consumed by minors, and the government warns against drinking it for health reasons. I will also try to add non-alcoholic selections. Enjoy!!
