Welcome to The Write Touch Home Page

The Write Touch is a writer's group dedicated to providing the Lockport, New York area communities with works by local authors, seminars conducted by published authors on topics such as the ins and outs of publishing, diction and voice and writing queries.

We're a not-for-profit organization for aspiring authors and anyone who enjoys the craft of writing. Throughout the year, gatherings are open to the public to celebrate seasons and celebrate the joys of good writing. Individual authors make their works available through club publications as well as group efforts published for sale, with any profits dedicated to bring in lecturers for the community.

Seminar speakers have included renowned authors such as Fred Goltz, author of Avery's Way, Barry DiGregorio, author of Mars: The Living Planet, and Don Beman, author of The Talking. Other speakers have included Elizabeth Licata from the Council of the Arts, Niagara County, poet David Michael Nixon, and John Sellick, columnist for the Buffalo News. So join us for a glimpse into the world of writing! No reservations are necessary, but please let us know if you are interested in learning more about the Group.
