TBSE has initiated a special project aimed at selective dissemination of technology related information amongst small scale units to improve their performance capabilities and enhance export competitiveness. Under the project a data bank of technology requests and technology offers customised to the requirements of SSI units is to be created. It is intended to simultaneously match the requests with available technology offers to help the units in modernisation and technology upgradation. To facilitate this process the following input forms have been devised :
Technology Requests:
For indicating the specific product / process technology which a small scale unit is interested in acquiring.
Fill in the Technology Request Form now.
Technology Offers:
For furnishing the details of technology being offered by an industrial unit, R & D institute or any other organisation for transfer to SSIs. Fill in the technology offer form now.
It is also envisaged under the project to organise workshops in identified clusters, bring out newsletters and publications for wider dissemination of relevant information. Broadly the aim is to encourage small scale units to make use of this information for their growth plans. A few copies of both the above mentioned forms are enclosed for use at your end. Additional requirement of forms could either be met by using photocopies or sending requisitions to TBSE.
All Agencies / Organisations and Central / State Government Offices engaged in extending support services to small scale sectors are requested to make use of this opportunity and help TBSE in fulfilling the objectives of the project. In addition to sending the duly filled in forms received from technology- seeking small scale units and technology-offering organisations located in their region to TBSE any other related matter of interest could also be brought to the notice of TBSE.
