Caitiff
Caitiff characters are a special case since socially they do not claim any particular Clan or Sect as their own. The quandary becomes how to consider them under the Guidelines? What would their Clan Disciplines be? Technically, even a Caitiff has a Clan. Perhaps the PC does not know what that Clan is but the player should know OOC. A player of a Caitiff character needs to determine what Clan his
or her character is and use that Clan's Clan Disciplines accordingly. They also get Kineticism. Thus a Caitiff Brujah would have Presence, Celerity, Potence and Kineticism as Clan Disciplines.
It should be noted that Caitiff are despised my most other Kindred and would have a hard time developing powers beyond level five.
