FALL CLASSES BEGIN ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2009!
Come to the appropriate class time to get registered and measured for a new baton ($22).

Class Baton Twirling Lessons

WHAT:

* Learning the basics of baton twirling.
* Coordinating dance steps with baton twirls.
* Working toward a spring recital with choreographed routines.
(Recital is May 1, 2010 at 3pm)
* Learning a parade routine.
* Marching in some local parades.
* Hosting 2 Twirling Unlimited baton competitions in Interlaken, NY.
(Competition are March 27, 2010 and May 15, 2010) .
* Opportunity to take private lessons.

WHERE:
* South Seneca Elementary School, Interlaken, NY.

WHEN:
*Team dance-twirl lessons run from November to the beginning of May.

"Wicked" Competition Team
Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30pm, Thursdays from 5:30-7:30pm.

"Madagascar" Competition Team
Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00pm. (Fridays through October)

Beginner Students (no experience-1 yr of lessons)
Wednesdays from 6:00-6:30pm.

Returning Student 1 (2+ years of experience, non-competition)
Wednesdays from 7:00-7:30pm.

Returning Student 2 (2+ years of experience, local competition team)
Wednesdays from 6:30-7:00pm.

The local competition team will compete in the following competitions:
March 20(Waterloo), March 27 (Interlaken), May 2 (Corning), May 7 (Utica), May 15 (Interlaken)

Parade lessons are twice a week for the month of May.

WHO:
* Anyone age 4 or older.

COST:
* $4 per 30 minute class, $8 per 1 hour class,$16 per 2 hour class.
   * There is no refund for missed classes.
* $22 new baton with protective end caps.
* $25-40 recital/parade costume and white tennis sneakers.
* Competition Door Fees of $5/Adult and $4/Student & Senior.
* Recital Admission of $5/Adult and $3/Student & Senior.

POLICIES:
* Lesson payments are made on the 1st class of the month.
(Checks are payable to The Pride.)
* There will be no refund for missed classes.
* Regular attendance is required.
* If a student misses more than 4 classes,it is the parent's responsibility to arrange for extra catch-up lessons. * Every effort will be made to attend corps events such as recitals, parades, competitions, and fundraisers. * The Pride Dance-Twirl Corps will not be held liable for any injuries incurred.
* No twirler may leave the twirling area unattended.
