Junk Food Addiction

Ok- this isn't exactly a BAD problem right now but... lemme start, I like almost NO healthy fruits. I hate ALL veges except for potatoes and corn and I'll eat fruit but only when I REALLY feel like it which is like once a month. Let's put it this way- I am a junk food addict. Luckly, I have very high matabolism and I am 5'4 or 5'5 and I on;y weigh 104 lbs. (I gained 5 lbs. in a period of like 3 or 4 months!)and I am very skinny. WEll- my Mom is 5'6 and is still only 116 lbs. but I am still worried about my weight. I am afraid that if I keep eating the way do, I am going to gain A LOT of weight when I get older. PLEASE help me with my eating probs and get back to me ASAP!!!!!
ADVISOR REPLIES: Seems like you have a real health probelm here .Well ,eating fruits once a month isn't gonna make you one of the world's most healthy person ,and adding your junk food ,every day,is bound to make you sick .sometimes ,eating junk food don't make you fat ,like you have high matabolism (which i am too) ,so now weight is out of the qeustion and now its the health that counts. Junk food are not called 'junk food'if it isn't a JUNK .Its a waste to eat it and may lead to cancer ,according to the local research .The colourings and flavourings are just artificial .Its like a pot of water mixing with paint ,see if you wanna drink it .Eating junk food isn't gonna help you be tall and strong ,and yes ,people have likes and dislikes ,but sometimes these things need desparate measures .Let your mom know you are going to have a healthy diet (and this diet have nothing to do with starving),and ask her if she would mind to watch over your eating habits .Cut your junk food routine to the minimum ,eating sometimes dosen't kill you ,so eat some a little ,but not too much .Try to control yourself ,eat more veges and fruits ,and make that everyday ,like switching everyday =junk food and every month=fruits and veges to everday =veges and fruits and every month=junk food .Drink lots of water ,and less sodas ,its also junk food .And remember ,whenever you eat ,eat till you are full ,and not with junk food but with fruits or veges .Good luck ! -swee shean
