Hi, and welcome to my second home. Why my second home? Well, I took early
retirement in '93, and shortly after that we found out that my dear wife, Joan,
has Huntingtons Disease, which has progressed to where she needs pretty
constant supervision, so cyberspace has become a second home to escape to.
My other diversions are woodcarving/woodworking, and yard work when the
Canadian weather permits.
While I'm pretty comfortable with computers, this Web Page stuff is pretty new
to me, so I expect this page will change as I learn more, and do a better job
of gathering my thoughs together, so I hope you will drop in again sometime.
We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary.
This was a particularly special event, because Joan's battle with Huntingtons
Disease has meant getting out of the house for either of us has been a major
challenge. As a special gift to me, Joan made a brave effort to overcome the
anxiety she feels at going out of the house, and agreed to go out for dinner.
