2 tbsp alum (found in the spice section of your grocery store)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
food colouring
Add 3-4 cups of flour to the above mixture one cup at a time. You may
only need three cups. Store in a sealed container. Lasts longer if
refrigerated. Try adding some glitter to it for a fun touch!!!
Edible Playdough
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method:Mix, Mould then EAT!!!!
Goop
two parts cornstarch
one part water
Mix together and add some food colouring if you like.
Let the little ones play with it in a flat pan.
Bubbles
1 cup water
2 tbsp glycerin
4 tbsp dishwashing liquid
Finger Paint
2 cups flour
4 cups cold water
food colouring
Mix the flour and the water and cook over low heat until mixture
thickens. When it cools, add a pinch of salt and the food colouring. Store in
a covered container in the fridge.
Kool Aid Finger Paint
2 cups flour
2 packages Kool Aid
1/2 cup salt
3 cups
boiling water
3 tbsp oil
Mix the dry ingredients together and then add the oil and water.
Clown Paint
1/8 cup of baby lotion
1/4 tsp dry tempera paint
squirt dishwashing detergent
Mix ingredients. Test a small amount first on child's arm to ensure that there is no allergic reaction.
Coloured Sand
2 tsp dry tempera paint
1 cup sand
1 tsp water
Add the dry tempera paint to the sand and mix it well. Add the water and allow to dry several hours before using.
Puffy Paint

water
Liquid Tempera Paint
Mix equal amounts of flour, salt, and water and then add the liquid tempera paint to reach desired colour. Paint will dry to a puffy shape.
