I built this bass for my nephew. I'm pretty proud of how it came out. The photos don't show it but the diamond inlay has a subtle JL monogram, yellow on white mother of pearl. As luck would have it, it is both of our initials.
The Silvertone. Man, they don't make crap like that anymore. Amen. I bought it cheap recently because it is just like the first electric guitar I ever touched, my cuz David's starter guitar.
