Biblical Passages Referring to the Moshiach

The following passages in the Jewish scriptures are the ones that Jews consider to be messianic in nature or relating to the end of days. These are the ones that we rely upon in developing our messianic concept:

Isaiah 2, 11, 42; 59:20
Jeremiah 23, 30, 33; 48:47; 49:39
Ezekiel 38:16
Hosea 3:4-3:5
Micah 4
Zephaniah 3:9
Zechariah 14:9
Daniel 10:14

Isiah: 2:
....come the house of Jacob and let us walk in the light of Hashem.
42:Here is my servant upon whom I 'rely' (Moshiach) the one I have chosen..my soul has wanted Him, I have given my spirit upon him, he will judge among the nations...
59:20 "And to Tzion will come a redeemer and to those of Israel who correct their ways, speaks Hashem.

Jeremiah 23:
...And I will gather the remainder of my flock from all the lands to where I have spread them and I will return them to their dwelling and they will multiply and be many.

Ezekiel: 38:16
"You will come from your places, from the north, you and many nations, with you the the people on horses, all of them a great gathering and mighty army (referring to the armies that will gather against the Jews in Israel)

Hosea 3:4
"For many years the Jews will be exiled, yet they will take upon them no new king (as opposed to Hashem) and no officer, they will not bring offerings to other G-ds, there will be no 'choshen' (a priestly garment with stones of which to ask the future) yet they will not turn to idols (to ask the future from them)

3:5 After many days the Jews will return (to their land)and they will search for Hashem their G-d. And for David their king (who ruled them in kindness) and they will fear G-d (lest they sin and He leave their midst) and His good in the end of days (the days of redemption)

Micha 4
(this is a whole chapter, so I will merely start) And it will be in the end of days that the Mountain where Hashem's dwelling is will be established above the other mountains, and it will be higher then the heights and nations will stream towards it.

And the people of the world will come and say "come let us go to the mountain of Hashem and the dwelling of the G-d of Jacob and He will teach us of his ways, and we shall walk in His paths, for from Tzion will come the word of Torah and Hashem's utterance from Jerusalem.

And he (Moshiach) will judge between the nations (to resolve their conflicts) and rebuke great races and they will break their swords to tools for ground work and their spears for plowshears, a nation will not raise to another nation the sword and they will no longer learn the art of war. And man will sit beneath his vineyard and his fig tree and no one will frighten him for Hashem has spoken...

Zephaniah 3:9
"For then I will make for the nations a clear language (the hebrew tongue) and so all of them can call out in Hashem's name to serve Him together.

Zechariah 14:9
"And Hashem will be king (but isn't Hashem king now? Now Hashem rules over the nations, and they do not know or want it, but in the future they will themselves want Hashem to be king) upon all the earth and Hashem will be one (the nations won't serve anyone else) and His name one (the names of the idols won't even be remembered)

Daniel 10:14
"I have come to explain to you what will happen to your nation in the end of days, for I have another vision for you"
