Gaelic Football is played on a pitch not unlike Soccer. With 15 players on each side, the lenght of the playing surface is 120 yards long and 84 yards wide. Scoring is by kicking or fisting the football over the bar (1 point) or under the bar into the net, across the goal line, for a goal which equals three points. . |
