Why? well here it comes, straight from the mouth of our bloated attorney: 'The band has a firm policy of not playing any gigs that will have mostly minors present. We have this policy in place specifically to protect those minors. Reggae shows often contain songs which offer a frank perspective on topics not suitable for children. Many of the band members are parents themselves and, in accordance with the wishes of legal counsel, insist we follow this policy.'

- Technical note: Beachfront parties require that you provide: (1) a hard, dry surface / stage to perform on - we cannot set-up on sand, (2) General lighting for the safety of all, and (3) A place for the band to plug in.
If you plan to use a generator to supply power, remember (1) we cannot supply this stuff (2) The generator must be placed AWAY from the stage or else the band will sound like someone is playing along using a lawnmower, and (3) You need to get permits for their use. Consult your local town / village ordinances.
