kills and gang boss. He then leaves his gang for Japan where he will stay for about 16 years. He comes
back to Hong Kong to do business for the Japanese gang he is involved with and meet his former lover.
On his trip back things get ugly as he helps a buddy (Alex Man) who is wanted by his gang for killing
a couple of Japanese gang members and foiling their plans of kidnapping some rich guy's son. Chan Wai-Man
decides to side with his friend, Alex for old times sake. The Japanese along with some old buddies
who betrayed Chan Wai Man are now out to get Chan Wai Man, Alex Man, and company. A bloody ending ensues
with almost everyone dying except our heroes.

The original #99, was Natalis Chan, but now he is going to be the 100th. Amy Yip then has to fight
against Sandra Ng and couple of other guys to get him.

This is one of my favorite all time movies. The only bad part is that the subs are almost unreadable
as they dip below the screen. However, in the Taiwanese version, the subs are much more readable.
Chow Yun-Fat, is Ko Chun, the God of Gamblers. He wins no matter what the game is. The God of Gamblers
falls victim to a prank intended for another guy. While rolling down a hill, he hits his head on a rock
and loses all memory. He is helped by the pranksters, Andy Lau and his buddy to recovery. While Chow Yun-Fat is trying
to regain memory, Andy Lau is trying to devise ways to take advantage of Chow Yun-Fat's expertise in
gambling to pay off his debts and increase his bankroll. While all this is going on, the people in Chow's
life is trying to find him and kill him. Luckily, Lone 7 (Charles Heung) comes to the rescue.
After Charles Heung comes into the picture, the story gets good as Chow uses his amnesia to fake
those out who try to kill him. I love the card play in this movie.

Charles Heung]• I love the God of Gamblers movies. This movie was great. Ko Chun (Chow) is brought out of retirement to avenge
the death of his wife (Cheung Man) who was killed by the Devil of Gamblers (Wu Hsin-Kuo). But before his wife dies, she makes Ko Chun promise not say
he his the God of Gamblers and gamble for a year. Chow goes on a trip and runs into a nice guy and his son, with BIG money, from Taiwan.
This nice guy (I can't remember his name, but he was also in My Father is a Hero), is killed by some guy who works for the Devil of Gamblers (What
a coincidence!). Chow then takes his son and tries to take him back to Taiwan to give him back to his sister (Chingmy Yau) but runs
into Elvis Tsui (police captian), and Wu Chien-Lien and Tony Leung Ka-Fai (Sister and Brother). They all go to Taiwan
with Chow after a series of funny events and help cheer Chow Yun-Fat in his quest for revenge.

I found this movie pretty good. Its about this group of friends (the ones from Young and Dangerous minus Dior Cheng) in high school
and how they deal with girls. Jason Chu, a clean cut guy,falls in love with a girl(Hsu Chi) in school. He puts aside her past life of
an alcoholic and hooker to be with her. However, Hsu Chi doesn't want Jason Chu to lover her because they
come from two different worlds. All of this happens conveniently when her old flame, Jordan Chan, arrives
back home from some jailing in Thailand. The rest of the movie then deals with how Jason Chu is going to
meet up Hsu Chi a last time before she leaves with Jordan Chan to Taiwan. After all this, in the end, they
don't even see each other anymore after he leaves to Canada.
