Interested in : Music, especially ethnic and folk, but lots of other things as well, I play guitar, keyboards, recorder, etc. Travel, been to Africa, Scandanavia, Russia, Baltics, Canada etc. I like to find out about different cultures, ethnic groups and their music. History, like exploring castles. Mountaineering and hill walking, I like to get to the top of things. Motoring, I have some rather strange cars for a U.K. resident. Computers, I use an acorn with an Arm processor and RiscOS, It's British. Photography and videography, usually when I am travelling.

Ideal Penpal : Prefer female penpals, any age, from all over the world. I have very wide interests, and I may not have put them all down here, so try me. For example I am addicted to eating, I don't know why, every morning I get up and eat breakfast, but by lunch time I must start eating again.

I'm about 6 ft tall, 180cm, slim, with fair hair and blue eyes. I live on my own in an old farmhouse on a hillside 1000 ft 300m, above sea level. My business involves computers so I spend a lot of time with them.

I dream of making an even wider circle of friends around the world, perhaps sometimes to swap visits with ones who live in interesting parts of the world. I am also a dedicated infomaniac which is why I like using the Internet, because if I want to find something out, and there is no other way I can usually use the net to seek it out. Occasionally even it fails though, so it helps to have lots of contacts around the world.
