ST. DENIS/ST. COLUMBA SCHOOL REGISTRATION

FEBRUARY 2002

Registration for Saint Denis/Saint Columba School will be held on February 12 and February 13 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. (Snowdates: February 19 and February 20). You will need to bring:

Birth Certificate; Baptismal Certificate; Record of Immunization; copy of a recent report card; and for registration of children in grades other than grade one, a copy of any standardized testing (reading/math (ITBS, CTBS, etc.) scores that you have available. We also need your Parish envelope number.

You must be a registered member of either Saint Denis or Saint Columba/Blessed Kateri Parish for a substantial period of time.

There is a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee (per family) due at the time of registration.

Please be advised we are filled to capacity on nearly every grade level. Therefore, only first grade applications will be processed at this time. All other registrations will be reviewed and where openings are available, notice will be sent to you regarding acceptance.
