Nobility
--------

I thought it was meant to be
You and Me
For now and forever
But the past poisons the present
Like a dark ocean
Of pain and misery
Eroding, battering, shattering
The walls that bind love
Leaving behind wounded nobility
A tide of what was
Sending you away
Leaving me
Bathed in sorrow
Waiting and wondering
Where my joy has gone
What happened to my happy ending

Voice of Love

Your voice is so tender, so sweet like a
chorus of
angels singing down from the heavens,
singing a song of love... When you
speak to me I have dreams of
love in my heart.. I long for your hands
to touch
not only my body, but my
mind as well. You are the woman my heart
and mind
are thinking of when I
dream of love. Something I have always
felt but
could never explain in
words, but now I can for I have met you...
I trust
you with my life.. More
important to me even more then my life is
my heart..
My heart is in your
hands, I ask you to give me yours in
return.. I
would never hurt you or those
you love, my only wish is happiness. To be
happy
with you and forever in
love. To treat you with love and compassion
and get
the same in return. I'm
here just ask me and I'll give you all I

That Blue Sky
-------------
Sky
swirling, twirling
in a cascade of
blue and white.
floating in a
dream.
the day in the park
the clouds above us,
the tender kiss beneath
the
setting
sun.
the events of the day
overwhelming,
memories circle inside my head.
dizzying thoughts of her soft touch,
pass by for a fleeting
instant,
reminding me of what I had.
For a moment,
unhindered by the
loss,
I fly through moments
of joy indescribable,
only to crash as often before.
Hard and cold my landing comes,
brutal is the memory,
for I asked naught but for her love
and in return she laughed at me.
to her love was just a
game
twisting hearts to her whim
causing me to fall in love,
knowing I would drown once in.
Gladly I did play the part of the
ignorant fool,
hoping that my love for her
could melt the coldness in her heart.
she turned on me like a stormy sky,
not concerned for me
nor telling why.
forget her,
that's what I should do,
then perhaps the wounds would heal,
and life I then could go through.
yet I still see that clear
blue sky
under which she bade me part,
leaving nothing
beneath the clouds
except the pieces of my
Heart.

I am the man on the street
Who hasn't had enough to eat
And the cripple with a cardboard sign
Who has nothing else to call mine
Jesus look down on me
I am the widowed bride
Who wont swallow my pride
And the unwed mother on my own
Trying to make it all alone
Jesus help me
I am the kid with the tear streaked face
Just trying to find my place
And the teen with a razor to my wrist
Knowing i will never be missed
Jesus please hear me
Jesus I need your love tonight
Wrap me in your holy light
Take away this pain and fear
And these endless scalding tears

feeling the warmth of your skin,
warms my heart like a flame,

We started out being friends,
and that was all it was suppose to be.
But as time went by,
Things should be more than friends to me.

I noticed things about you
that I never knew before.
You are one special person.
Nothing else means more.
Your smile has the power
to always brighten up my day.
Just one touch from you,
can make all my pain go away.

The way you wrap your arms around me,
can just make me melt.
Your gentle kiss is even better,
it's the best I've ever felt.

I love the way,
your feelings are being shared.
Always being there for me,
knowing that you care.

There were many times,
when I tried to express how I feel.
But then again,I might get rejected,
knowing my pain will never heal.

Maybe there will be a day,
when my dream will come true.
There's no other person,
that's more special than you.

Hope
----

Yet another day passes me by..
What if it's ahead of me by a few hours?
And so what if the new one comes with no guarantees
Did they ever?

My fears may never cease to undulate,
Undulate my mind.
And so will my endless,eternal train of hopeful thoughts,
For one day I will be at peace,
Within and without,
Understanding what I really need to suffice.

Love may take time.
Perhaps a little more than I dare to imagine.
But when it does finally arrive,
It's season will dance to my tune,
That's the wait's worth.

Till then I shall look up to the skies,
Riding wings of faith and peace.
Holding on to my breath,
while it stays.

Whispering a prayer,
For someone out there,
Who trembles in hope,
Just as I do..
