Weekly Medical Service in Vasanthapura and Tataguni
Vasanthapura and Tataguni are under developed rural areas near Bangalore. The Sevashrama is running weekly Medical Hospital on Sundays, for about 3 Hours, in the school building. This service is being rendered on every Sunday since 1975.
Many doctors and volunteers have rendered free service to this great cause. These programmes are completely free. The medicine is also given free. Many a times, minor operations are carried out in emergency make shift operation set ups.
The volunteers go to these villages hiring a vehicle. The doctors are picked up and dropped back. All these involve expenses.
