About Me

My name is Sharron Lesley, I'm 29, from Long Island NY. I was born and raised here by my father (a native Long Islander) and my Mother (a British immigrant). I can't honestly say when I first realized I loved Photography, but I received my first camera, a Minolta X7-A at age 14.

I currently work full time during the day and attend college at night. I am majoring in Liberal Arts for now, but only until they approve the new Photography A.A.S. program. Of course it's a dream of mine to win the lottery, quit my job and attend school full time! :o) I've also recently been dabbling in webpage design and Graphic Design.

My interest's are primarily in cemetary photography (the older the better), manipulative and experimental (hand colouring; Polaroid transfers) and Old, depressed buildings. I especially love the castle and Abbey ruins scattered all throughout England.

I guess the job I would aspire for would be freelance in a Historical, archetectural field. Or Graphic Design.
