Thoughts of
9/11 - a Year Later
For the schools in New York, I hope everyone is
okay. And if someone is in your family was in the
attacks and was killed, I am terribly sorry for
you. I think I know how you feel. I think you feel
terrible. I hope you feel better. If no one was in
the attack I hope you pray for the people who did
die. And pray to God that we need help to gather
money to build the twin towers.
I think September 11th 2001 was a terrible thing. I
hope it does not happen again. Millions of people
died. They have the vice-president hiding. BenLoden
did it. My mom was going to take my sister and I to
see the twin towers for Thanksgiving. There are no
twin towers now. It was scary when it happened.
Some people got out of the twin towers. I am just
glad I was not in the twin towers when it happened.
I was sad when I got home from school that day and
heard on the news that it happened. That evening I
did my homework and the rest of the night I was
watching the news. That night I begged my mom to
let me watch the news in bed, but she said, "No, it
is a school night".
On September 11th was a disaster. The people who
caused the disaster should be ashamed of themselves
for doing such a bad thing to the pleasant people
in New York. It's a good thing that people help
them clean the city up. I hope nothing ever happens
like that to me when I grow up.
I feel sorry for the people who died on 911.
Binlodin is a selfish man. I heard a little girl
had a birthday and she died. We were in Art Class
when it happened. I had no clue what it was. There
were a lot of bloody people there. It was creepy
.
I feel sorry for the people who lost their lives. I
hope they get enough money to build back the twin
towers. I thank the people who saved some
people.
I am very sad that those people in New York City
died. When those airplanes crashed into the twin
towers I cried and cried. I didn't like
Binlaudin.
On September 11, 2001 a terrible thing happened. I
hope my brother is okay because he is in the
Marines. He might have to be in the war. I hope my
cousin Mike is okay. He is in the Navy. He might
have to go to the war. My other cousin James, I
hope he doesn't go to war, but he already did. My
grandma's boss's sister was in the twin towers and
when the second airplane crashed it crashed on the
100th floor and my grandma's boss's sister
died.
It's a year later and I'm sorry of what happened. I
just wanted to be there and help save lives. But I
wasn't and I just wish I had been. God Bless you
who died and who's still alive. You need to love
people that you don't know. When I grow up I'm
going to be a fire fighter because of September 11,
2001. I will be brave. All I wanted to tell you is
how much I care. If we have a war I bet we'll win
and they'll lose, but that won't bring back lives.
Our country will be happy. The last thing I'm going
to tell you is that BenLadin, We don't like
you.
It is now one year after September 11, 2001 and
that day was a sad day for a lot of people. Their
loved ones died and people cried and it is still a
very sad, sad day. In the newspaper one day the
twin towers were falling and I saw a face in the
smoke. It was very weird and I cannot believe it
happened. Dear America,
That day was a bad day. 3,000,000 people died in
the World Trade Center. Two planes hit the
building. All those firemen and policemen risked
their lives to save those people. The towers
collapsed. People call it Ground 0.
I feel terrible about what happened on September
the 11th. Two jets wrecked into the twin towers.
Millions of people died on that day. God Bless
America.
Thank you 911 for all you have done for the USA. I
thank all of the police and the fire department,
and the FBI, and the ambulance. I will never forget
Sept. 11, 2001. Dear Local Heroes,
Today we celebrated about American Heroes. Some
American people came to see us.
I feel sorry about the people that died. God Bless
America.
America stands strong because we are strong.
America has always been strong.
I do not like the people that are going against
us.

If you are in a tight spot, stay calm, and always
have a radio and a flashlight at home and stay away
from windows and get under a piece of furniture. If
you are close to an exit ask for someone to come
with you.
At
school today a real good thing happened. Our school
and some people put together a remembrance thing
for 911. My mom, Miss Nonnenberg, Mrs.
Jarrell-Hicks and Miss Jones helped. Harry Drake
was one of the speakers and it was good.
Thank you for coming to our school. You are nice to
us. I like you very much. Thank you for helping our
world.
