Acceptable Image Use Guidelines

If you want to use my images for your purposes, please make use of my email and ask.

But here's a quick guideline of what I'll say yes and no to - so keep it in mind.

YOU MAY USE MY ART ON YOUR WEBPAGE IF:

~ You Email me with a link to your page and an explanation of why you want to use my art.
~ You Provide a link back to my webpage.
~ You Credit the art to my name. (SilverLynx or Tracy Fisher)
~ You DO NOT alter or change my art in anyway.

YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART ON YOUR WEBPAGE IF:

~ You fail to do any of the above.
~ Your site has questionable content (such as porn/gore/disgusting things).
~ Your site falls under the category of 'n00b fan gallery' - meaning you're a person who just takes random art from random sites because you like it.

YOU MAY NOT REDRAW MY ART UNLESS:

~ You are using it TO LEARN. This implies that in your copying my art you are practicing skills that will help you draw better later on in life.
~ You are not going to publish it online - even if you make 'some changes', it's still MY art.
~ You are not going to hand it in for your art homework. Honestly, your teacher IS smarter than that.

YOU MAY NOT PUBLISH MY ART UNLESS:

~ You contact me first - in which case fees or physical contracts may apply.

YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART:

~ As a basis for a tattoo, wall mural or other 'personal use' in which the art is redrawn and put in a public (or semi-public) location.
