How often when you were growing up did you hear about how difficult life was in the "Real World?" We often hear our society and civilization talked about as the "real world" - as if nothing outside of the cities and towns count as being part of reality. Nothing outside the realm of taxes and microwave burritos is considered to be the "Real World."
It suddenly occured to us one day as we were talking about camping trips and canoeing adventures, that the "Real World" are those shrinking tracks of wilderness that are being used as the backdrops in SUV and truck commercials. *THAT* Real World will be there long after our civilization has collapsed into smouldering ruins.
Yet, somehow we doubt that our parents meant us to prepare ourselves to live in the truly Real World. This is truly a shame since, we all seem to suffer from a lack of connectedness to the beautiful world we live in. So hopefully something we offer here will help you reconnect you with *THE* real world.
