National Islamic Movement of Afghanistan
and its Indispensable Duties at Present
Heroic nation of our country were plunged into despair by imposed wars, social injustice, tribal pressures and breached principles of the exalted religion of Islam.
At this moment of history, a light rose from the northern region that comprised patriotic generals, honorable Ulama and intellectuals with invaluable efforts of stir General Dustum.
This shining light and strong movement is JNMP and it prepared necessary ground for the Islamic victory in the country by uniting millions of people who were disturbed by the malign situation, who longed for peace, Islamic brotherhood and social justice across the country, on the one hand, and domestic and foreign powers on the other hand.
In the first meeting, JNMP gained its official status and stir General dostum Al-Hajj Stir Abdul Rashid Dostum was elected as the leader of the party. JNMP regulation and general objective's were adopted and members of the executive council were elected in the same meeting.
Basic objectives adopted by JNMP can be listed as the following:
1. Putting an end to fratricide and bloody wars.
2. Establishing a comprehensive Islamic state and ensuring broad peace.
3. Guaranteeing of the rights and recognition thereof of all communities living in the country.
4. Resurrecting the national army.
5. Recovering territorial integrity, independence and rule of national will.
6. Formulating the political order of the country so that all segments of the society can contribute.
7. Restructuring Afghanistan by the way of foreign assistance and investment b the private sector.
8. reviving the original cultures and traditions of people living in Afghanistan.
9. Enabling women's contribution in the all political and social activities in accordance with the exalted religion of Islam.
10. reviving Afghanistan's international status and enhancing national economy.
JNMP has, in the last five years, succeeded to control various domains in the country and realized strong initiatives in the line with its declared goals and strengthened its national and international position in spite of all difficulties and domestic and foreign plots. It also has succeeded to become a power on its own right by taking strong steps in order to reach its goals.
JNMP has preserved and even enhanced functions performed by the government offices, schools and maktabs, vocational schools and universities, hospitals and all social and cultural institutions found in the areas of controlled by the JNMP. Some examples are in order. Construction of Afghani-Turkish schools in Shabargan and Mazar-I-Sharif amounting to 30 million dollars, JNMP central hospital, airport in Shabargan, revision of electricity infrastructure in Namakan, repair of gas pipeline in Shabargan, opening the road to the port, repair in the tomb of Hazrat Ali, opening of the petroleum refinery in Sharil, gifting gold amounting to 40kgs. And many other.
Since old enemies of our land have no appreciation for the successes and sacred goals of JNMP, they again launch a malicious plot. This time, they leaked into JNMP and identified weak and ambitious people, and selected Abdul Melik and some of his accomplices. Then they made a blow hardly recoverable on the integrity of JNMP and the unity of the country.
This traitorous function of Abdul Melik demonstrates us a bitter fact: our enemies have united in order to destroy the unity of JNMP and the nation.
In Fact, this plot starts with the death of General Mohammed Rasul Pehliwan. General Pehliwan was one the mujaheed and heroic figures of JNMP, and a person who always guarded the national interest, entire appossed to and waged war against those who compromise. By his death, enemies of the free Afghani people started to look ways for both destroying the JNMP and thus seizing the areas under its control.
They thus selected Abdul Melik Pehliwan. And Mohammed Rasul Pehliwan was the victim of this treacherous plot. It was clear from his manners and words that Abdul Melik was responsible for this act. In the funeral of Martyr Mohammed Rasul Pehliwan, he addressed Stir General Abdul Rashid Dostum lives on us "his friend", and said: "Even if Mohammed Rasul is martyred now, General Dostum lives on." Yet, in closed circles he implied that General Dostum had ordered the murder of the general Pelhiwan.
After was entrusted with the inspection of this murder case, he slaughtered all the people who had an opinion or held information about the murder. This number reached around 50. Then he preferred to kill personalities such as Rauf Suri, Sheref Bayk, Haji Arif and Akbar Chakimghar.
He was Responsible for the murders of hundreds of people among whom Mawlawi Abul Rahman, Hafize Arbab, Eil Baygi and Dr. Hasan Habiballah with his malicious plots even when General Mohammed Rasul Pehliwan was alive and well. While he was terrorizing together with his domestic and foreign accomplices, commanders and influential and famous people, he also provoked Taliban to invade Sabargan and Mazar-I-Sharif by helping demilitarize the Badgis forces. And now, it is up to you, the sober nation, to decide who was the true Murderer of Martyr Mohammed Rasul Pehliwan. Latest treason and conspiracies of the enemies of the leader of the JNMP abroad in order to prevent bloodshed. He meanwhile was closely following the country's political and legal position.
Happily, decisions taken led to the victory and the secret plans of taliban in order to capture the northern region have Failed . The people of the northern region rebelled against and the succeeding victory has demolished them as JNMP has cleared its area of governance from these conspirators. All the northern region together with members of the Islamic Unity Party (hizb e wadhat) and the Islamic movement (jumbish) and the commanders who remained loyal to the goals and principles of JNMP contributed to this victory.
All the efforts that Melik exerted in order to save his friends from this hardship failed before the rebelian of the nation and melik had to act in accordance with the nation's will. Nonetheless Melik is still trying to compromise with the foreigners.
All the people of the land and especially those in the northern region now know the real face of abdul Melik Pahliwan and his accomplices and will never believe them again. Especially our brothers in the Islamic Movement will never forget the role of Abdul Melik and the taliban in creating discord between the Afghan Islamic Society and JNMP. Nor will they ever forget the case when six hundred people were handed over to the enemy including those notable like martyr Mawlawi Abul Rahahman, Ismail Khan and Hafiz Arbab and their followers.

The National Movement once again reveals the face of Abdul Melik and his Accomplices the taliban who wanted to sell the enlightened objectives of the nation. Such that they can only contribute to the sorrow of our courageous nation with their malicious intentions, since they enjoy no national authority.
Today the food prices in the northern region have gone down and it is inevitable that our people will not face hunger as the winter begins. Until recently, the ports and the main roads that were are veins of the country's economy were closed, and no commercial or official transportation was possible. Terror, blood, fear and chaos were reigning in the north and the property and dignity of the people were under threat. Mawlawi Abdul Godus, General Abdul Ahed Karlok and hundreds of innocent people in various provinces was terrorized. Moreover, expropriation of properties and selling of them, besides transferring of them to Meliks accounts abroad still continued.
All those conditions such as expanding sense of insecurity, disunity and rising tensions stem from Melik's and the taliban governance.
So that Abdul melik and the taliban's relatives and friends live in Iran, Pakistan and Turkmenistan for there insecurity and fear of the future. This shows us that they are after a new plan and accomplice.
The leader of the JNMP, in such a chaotic time, has decided to control the situation by his human moral convictions. You, all our sensible people, Generals and courageous officers have shed mach blood in the way of upholding goals of JNMP. Now you are in a position to think and behave rationally as your sacrifices dictate. Al-Hajj Stir General Abdul Rashid Dostum, the leader of JNMP is on your side and is not far when the revenges of the blood of our bold nation's sons will be taken against The Taliban , Abdul Malik and there accomplices. General Abdul Rashid Dostum will be with you in this endeavor and will strive for salvaging our nation from distress and hardship.
