I have been attached to my maternal grandparents ever since birth. Mamie
(Lizana) and Otis Anderson have done an exceptional job in raising me into the young woman I am today. But April 15, 1997 at 12:40 p.m., my grandfather Otis W. Anderson, passed away from this earth at the ripe old age of 92. His death sparked my desire to find my roots.
I am looking to find my maternal grandmothers side of the family.
The surnames that I am researching are: LIZANA's, Dedeaux, Fulton, Saucier, Swanier, and LANG'S.
I am trying to find ANY information on my Great-great grandparents: Dolly (Fulton) & Jimmy Lang and Victorine "Chammee'" (Dedeaux)& Daniel Lizana.
The Lizana's and Dedeaux's have revolved around Delisle, Gulfport, Bay St. Louis, and Pass Christian, Mississippi. The Fulton's and Lang's hail from St. Tammany's Parish of New Orleans.
