In Empire Records, Renee played Gina. Gina seemed to portray the ditzy, bitchy, slutty, blonde girl in the movie. However, there was much more to her than her looks and her unorthodox ways. She wanted things from life but did not know how to get them. At the end of the movie, she admits that she is scared she will turn out like her mother. I'm sure with friends like those she had at Empire, that nothing bad would happen to her though. Although she was very bitchy toward Deb she was actually caring and she had a great sense of humor too. "Welcome to Music Town may I service you?". Need i say more?

She attended The University Of Texas where she graduated in 1990.
