For those of you who are new to our website and our Carshow and our returning visitors too - "Hello and Welcome Back!" Well, once again we have survived the test of time with the Wells Annual Fun Run Show & Shine and stuck to the rule of 'When you've got it - you've got it!' Well Baby, we've got it and you know it as this is our 16th Annual Show with Cars - Trucks - Motorcycles and some oddities showing off their fantasic stock & custom paint jobs, sparkling chrome, body styles, interiors and all those endless surprises as these marvelous Wizards of Metal put it on the line again in 2007.
Each year the Wells Fun Run Show & Shine, a warm-up or prelude to Reno's Annual Hot August Nights, just keeps getting bigger and better because it's the participants who really make this show. Remember where you parked it last year? Good for you. We moved it. Ha!
If you've ever thought of entering this show in the past then now is the time to get that classic out of the garage or out from underneath that tarp and put it on the road to the Wells Fun Run Show & Shine 2007! You didn't put all that work into it for nothing. So come on, let's see what you've got.
For those of you who have participated in any of the past shows and are planning on returning again this year - we're glad to have you all back! As always, we have a few new surprises for you again.
Hey, don't let the cost of fuel keep you from attending one of the best shows of the year - just jump on in there, fire it up and head out on the highway to Wells, Nevada and enjoy three days of fun in the Sun, Good Friends, Food, Show & Shine, Drag Races, Cruise, Poker Run, Burn-outs, and the Street Dance on Saturday night with music of the Classic's and Oldies provided by J.C.Hackett. Oh yeah, security for this event is provided by the Elko County Sheriff's Department, as it is every year, but this year let's all do something a little different for these officers who just seem to hang out on the edges and watch us all have fun...let's bring 'em a cup of coffee, a pop, a piece of pie, a hot-dog or even the infamous donut. When you do, stick a flower in their badge and say thanks.
